Right now you're constantly busy with the never ending to-do list, running on empty and feeling like you're only just keeping your head above water. Your mind replays conversations, second guesses decisions and won't let you rest even when your body is exhausted. You're anxious, overwhelmed and know there's more to life but it feels impossible to slow down and switch off long enough to figure out what it is you actually want.
Or perhaps it goes deeper than that. A niggling sense that something isn't quite right and you've carried that weight for so long you've stopped believing things could feel different.
It feels impossible to break the cycle and get off the hamster wheel of life. And yet the thought of slowing down feels more frightening than carrying on.
The good news is you don’t have to figure this out alone.
I’m a Psychotherapist and EFT Practitioner based in Leicestershire, seeing clients online across the UK and worldwide. I help people who are stressed, overwhelmed and running on empty stop surviving and start living from a place that feels genuinely like them. Alongside my 1:1 practice and work with organisations, I’m currently supporting masterclasses delivered by Gabor Maté and Bessel van der Kolk.
I've been there and I know what it feels like. Waking at 3am with a racing mind, feeling exhausted but still unable to rest, beating yourself up over the smallest of things. You’re either on edge and worrying about the future or feeling numb and disconnected from yourself and those around you.
For so long you’ve been a human focused on ‘doing’ you’ve forgotten how to simply be. Your body is speaking to you and telling you what it needs but it feels impossible to listen to it. Or maybe you’re not even sure how.
Leaders don’t need to know more, they need the capacity to hold more. In order to develop leaders who can effectively manage themselves as well as their teams, it’s imperative to move beyond simple mindset tools and strategic frameworks.
Leaders with a regulated nervous system and a strong sense of self make better decisions, model steadier behaviour and create cultures people actually want to work in. Leadership longevity breeds a culture of sustainable performance and growth rather than a cycle of burnout and depletion.
This work is for the person who knows the way they’re living isn’t sustainable. This is about creating a safe space where we work in partnership to reconnect you with your body's wisdom. In a world that favours living from the neck up, bringing the body back into the picture allows you to hear and trust your inner sense of self.
If you're looking for lasting change it's about working with the mind and body together — going beyond understanding and into the roots of what's keeping you stuck. Peace and contentment are felt when you stop performing and trust your authentic wants and needs.
